By accessing or using the 99 Limes platform ("Service"), including our website, dashboard, mobile application, and public venue pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including venue operators, staff members, and members of the public who browse or submit claims.
99 Limes provides a cloud-based lost and found management platform that enables organisations to log, track, and return lost items. The Service includes item cataloguing with photo uploads, AI-powered matching between lost reports and found items, public-facing browse and claim pages, real-time messaging between claimants and staff, shipping and collection site management, and analytics and reporting tools.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to submit false or fraudulent claims for items that do not belong to you, upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others, attempt to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other users, interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure, use the Service for any purpose other than its intended lost and found management function, or scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorisation.
Paid features of the Service are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis per venue. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, including item photos, descriptions, and messages. By uploading content, you grant 99 Limes a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We may use anonymised, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use identifiable content for marketing without your explicit consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
99 Limes provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any lost item will be recovered or that AI matching will identify all potential matches. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, 99 Limes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of items, data loss, or business interruption.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.
